Are Hot dogs Sausages?
#1
Is a hot dog, a sausage. I know they look alike in the way family does. I know they are made in a similar way, and from similar parts. But I will argue they are in a class by of their own. Like, if a hot dog and a sausage were to breed, their offspring would be infertile.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I did vote that hot dogs are not sausages.

Yes. A hot dog is a type of sausage. This isn't a question of opinion. The definition of sausage includes hot dogs.

This is akin to asking "is a station wagon a type of car?"

When you say "you guys," you mean yourself, right?

You seem to be saying that hot dogs aren't sausages. If that's the case, then you're right in thinking I don't understand what you're saying, because it's empirically wrong.
