The IDW / Oni / Dark Horse Thread
#1
Seemed like it was time to make a thread for these publishers too. What is everyone reading?

For me:

Oni -

The Bunker - I hear really good things about this, will give it a try soon.

Courtney Crumrin - It's been a few years but I used to really enjoy this series.

Letter 44 - Just started reading this but so far it's really good.

The Sixth Gun - I'm way behind on this one. Need to bump it up on my reading list.

Stumptown - Love this series! I miss Matthew Southworth on the art though.

Wasteland - Way behind on this one too. I loved the first 20 or so issues but then it kind of lost me and I stopped reading.

IDW -

Darwyn Cooke's Parker - So great.

The Squidder - Ben Templesmith is fun so I'm going to give it a try soon.

Wild Blue Yonder - One of my favorite books.

Dark Horse -

Dark Ages - Looks good, will try it.

Deep Gravity - Might be good, will try it.

Elfquest: The Final Quest - Reading it mostly for nostalgia. I loved this book when I was a kid but the current story is awful.

Groo vs Conan - Rock

The Massive - Way behind on this. I enjoyed the first few issues though.

Pariah - Another one I want to try

Sundowners - looks interesting, will give it a try

Usagi Yojimbo: Senso - Usagi fighting aliens. Strange but cool.

Veil - I'm getting it because of Rucka but it's not really working for me.

Oni-The Bunker

Dark Horse--Brian Wood Star Wars

IDW--The Larry Hama Gi Joe (I'm a trade or two behind but this is one of my favorite comics)
I'm buying the Scioli Transformers/GiJoe, and the art's nice, and I get that it's supposed to be goofy, but I don't understand why it's the best thing ever

Plan on reading Transformers more than meets the eye

I need to buy more Oni stuff. They put out some cool looking shit. I'm mostly just reading Dark Horse's Hellboy/BPRD universe stuff and I'm picking up the Prometheus/Alien stuff. Oh and on IDW, I'm getting Simonson's Ragnarok.
